A Message from the President

Dear Friends,

As another year comes to a close we would like to thank our valued customers who have continued to put their trust in us for their supply chain requirements, and our new customers for their leap of faith in allowing us to service their needs.

We have settled nicely into our new building and are enjoying the elbow room. The move has enabled us to take a look at our warehouse requirements and create work and flow areas as well as making movement of freight more sensible.

The winds of change are blowing through 2010 and we are hoping that they bring a fresh start to all. The tough economic conditions have had an effect on just about everyone. It is our wish that those times will turn around in the new year and things may once again become prosperous.

We have been fine tuning our new business program and enhancing some of the features we have “discovered” during our learning curve. We are pleased to announce that we are up and running with our Track & Trace, Milestone Monitoring, and Online Ordering services. We have been streamlining our customer service practices with online reporting and have made some transparent changes which enable us to service you better, faster, and on a more personal basis.

The holidays are upon us so please remember to be safe while on the roads this season. We wish you the very best this Holiday Season and wish everyone a very Happy New Year!
